JISC viewpoint cards
The Viewpoints project (led by the University of Ulster and funded by JISC) created a suite of practical tools to support staff. There are nine cards, on a variety of assessment and feedback topics, and a worksheet. This can be used to undertake a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis of your current practice and to identify improvements to take forward.
